What I normally have for breakfast is 1 Weight Control packet of oatmeal 120 cal 1 Atkins diet shake 160 cal 50-80 calories of milk for my coffee Sometimes I'll throw in a few berries to my oatmeal but that's generally what it is

Alright, thank you. I will take this into consideration because I really shouldn't starve myself or anything like that. But does that mean I shouldn't exercise 4 or 5 hours a week? Does that mean I'm depriving myself?? I enjoy working out and Zumba<3

It might be possible if I exercise enough. I was reading online and to lose 5lbs a month you need to have a calorie or burn deficit of 500 per day. So to lose 10lbs in a month I would either need to exercise off or eat less than my normal amount 1,200 calories per day... So I don't know if those websites are lying, but I…

I'm 5'4 I weigh 230 lbs I started at 238 I have 2 goals. my first one is to lose 50 lbs and get to 188 then my second goal is 137 so I have a long way to go but I think I can do it if I never give up!
