I like to eat a 300 calorie breakfast every morning. The problem is I have been eating the same exact breakfast for almost two weeks now. And the reason for that is its healthy and guarantees weight loss.

I need ideas of other breakfast options I can eat. I don't eat bread, I am avoiding things with lots of sugar(including fruit juices) and I want something low carb.

Thanks for all ur help!!!

What I normally have for breakfast is
1 Weight Control packet of oatmeal 120 cal
1 Atkins diet shake 160 cal
50-80 calories of milk for my coffee

Sometimes I'll throw in a few berries to my oatmeal but that's generally what it is

Bacon and eggs, sausage, cheese with either, an omelette or frittata. Smoothies.

Hi there! Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal of the day. I usually have a smoothie, which I like to change around a lot. Lately I've been doing 0% Greek yogurt, banana (frozen) , all bran (to keep the regularity going) organic cocoa powder, cinnamon and unsweetened organic almond milk. Really good, filling and so good for you.
You can add in nuts, switch fruits or switch type of yogurt.
    Hope this helps.

It should be noted that no breakfast guarantees weight loss. Maintaining a total calorie deficit guarantees weight loss.

These are a couple things I tend to eat for breakfast frequently. They hit the macros I like and keep me pretty satisfied until lunch time.

    Bacon egg and cheese taco:
    2 small tortillas
1 Egg or Southwest egg beaters
    2 strips center cut bacon
    7 g shredded cheese
    Salsa

    Comes to about 200 cals

A home version of the Egg McMuffin is easy to do if you have an egg ring. 300 cals, almost exactly as the McDonalds version.

Since you don't eat bread, you could substitute other things that would be appropriate.

I have Fage 2% Greek yoghurt with homemade granola and a drizzle of honey. If I feel I'm still hungry or need an energy boost I'll have a banana too.

There's a "what was for breakfast" thread almost day on this forum. You could get hundreds of ideas there.

Overnight oatmeal: old fashioned oats, skim milk, 1/8 cup walnuts, tbsp flax seed, fresh fruit...eat it at the stop lights on my way to my very early job

I don't have a lot of time in the morning, so I either roast veggies ahead of time or make a shakshouka base to warm up and cook an egg that morning, or I make hard boiled eggs, or some kind of egg bake/frittata/egg muffin to heat and eat

I like a high-protein breakfast so I'll usually eat turkey sausage or a turkey burger and 1-2 poached eggs. If I'm exercising close to breakfast I'll eat more carbs for the energy; skim milk or greek yogurt with oats and fruit, I might add some chia seeds or nuts, but that adds calories. Been eating these 2 breakfast staples for years and years.

I would suggest Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla or Fage 0% Greek Yogurt. The Triple Zero Vanilla has added fiber so the nets carbs are lower. Have this with mixed berries and your net carbs should be reasonably low. Also you could try eggs with avocado, feta, spinach and a dash of hot sauce (if you like) on a low carb tortilla like La Tortilla Factory 7" low carb tortillas (3 net carbs). It's not grain free but it is still lower carb. Flatout flatbreads are a good alternative as well. Good luck on branching out from the Quaker Weight Control. I know oatmeal is really tasty and versatile, but I couldn't eat it everyday either.

I get La Banderita when can get it here, it's easier to get Mission. I used live where there was a large international marker with a tortelleria inside, miss that.
