Too few calories, exercise=trouble?
I've read the articles saying if you eat too little and exercise, then you won't lose weight. I've also read you should start out eating 10X your weight in calories to lose 1% a week. I'm not following that at all. Seems like you'd gain weight. So if that is the case, why does MFP say to eat little calories? In my case it…

When you enter the activity and time it gives you a cal burn number. Does that number reflect your weight or standard amt? I've check other sites and they seem to say i burned more than listed here for same activity. Thanks.
