Tracking Food

I like to eat cucumbers and tomatoes and usually put lite Italian dressing, but I am trying to watch my sodium. Any good dressings that are lite and low sodium that would be good on them?

Stuck and frustrated
I have been doing super good (in my opinion) for 3 weeks now and I have not lost any weight after the initial 10 lbs the first week.
