Cant lose weight and questions about activity level

Confused about calories remaining
So today, Ive eaten my full 1260 calories alotted for the day already...but ive done 105 minutes of spin class, 60 minute walk home and 15 minutes of jogging up and down stairs. According to the calculator i have 1,608 calories remaining. What does that mean? Should i avoid eating back those calories to lose weight.? Or do…

Confused by NET calories
So im really confused on how to gage how many calories i have remaining to eat in my day. I have eaten 690 calories today and burned 658 through excersize. Thus my NET cals are 32....but im not sure what that means or how many calories i have left ??????

Is weighing myself in the afternoon a bad thing?
Hey guys, so i work everyday from 8-4 and hit the gym everyday right after work. When i do get on the scale its always between 4pm and 5pm. Is this a bad thing? Am i getting any sort of accuracy ? When should i be weighing myself? Ive been meaning to get a home scale. :)
