So today, Ive eaten my full 1260 calories alotted for the day already...but ive done 105 minutes of spin class, 60 minute walk home and 15 minutes of jogging up and down stairs. According to the calculator i have 1,608 calories remaining. What does that mean? Should i avoid eating back those calories to lose weight.? Or do i eat some but not all back?

With that many calories left over. I would eat about 50% back.0

You can eat them all back. The app has already calculated the deficit, so you already have that included in the amount of calories you are supposed to be eating every day. So basically, if you can eat 1200 calories per day, and let's say you finished them, but you also jogged for 30 minutes, it's up to you. You can eat more or leave it like that. The exercise you do is like bonus food, that's how I look at it. Once you get into the habit, you'll feel good knowing you've earned that piece of chocolate cake because you exercised that day. Hope this helps.0
