Did Cardio Abs this morning and its not joke. From the C postion thru the rest fo the floor exercises I kept feeling pain on both the left and the right side coming up. What I'm wondering is if it's normal to have a pain shoot up from the butt to the lower back? Am I sitting too far back?
Two years ago i was diagnosed with Gastroparesis. It has been a struggle since then when it comes to food, weight loss and exercise. I'm curious if anyone on MFP has this condition and how have they managed it?
