Mumford Procedure....who has had it?
I'm having shoulder surgery done for a AC joint and Bone Spur and impinged bicep tendon next month. Ortho says i'll be able to move shoulder the next day and start therapy almost immediately. What's the healing time? How soon before you could actually 'use' the arm fully again? It's my right shoulder and I'm right handed…
