Hello all. Does anyone use ankle or wrist weights when you exercise? I'm looking to get ankle weights but all of the ones I've tried in the past have been too small (I have bigger ankles lol) any suggestions?
Does anyone have any workout/clean eating suggestions to help get rid of the lower belly "pooch" This is my trouble spot. I've been running and doing 10 Min abs from 21 Day Fix (Beachbody) and can see slight changes. What can I do to maximize the results? Any and all advise is appreciated!
