Been on and off with mfp and can't seem to get any momentum. I think the key is to start exercising, as I would more likely eat better on days I am exercising. Also toyed with doing Atkins again, but I get bored of low carb.
This is Mike. I am 34 and a life long yo yo dieter. I seem to binge one day which sets me off for several weeks. I need to lose 130 lbs to reach my goal. I need motivation to exercise and log my food, and not give up. Thank you!
Looking for ppl who lost weight without doing any or very little exercise. I am on mfp and am working as an outside sales rep and am on my feet all day and doing some walking through the day and I dont have time, or motivation to go to the gym.
I am starting mfp tom, again, and curious if anyone has lost weight without doing a minute of exercise? If so, did you start exercising at any point, or did you keep the same non-exercise schedule?
