Starting over and need motivation/help!

Been on and off with mfp and can't seem to get any momentum. I think the key is to start exercising, as I would more likely eat better on days I am exercising. Also toyed with doing Atkins again, but I get bored of low carb.

Exercise makes you feel great, and lets you eat more. What sort of exercise would you be into?

To start, power walks in the am before work. Eventually, I would add some strength resistance with lighter weights.0
