Medifast Omega 3
Hi all! I'm struggling with the Medifast fish oil supplements...the fishy aftertaste and burps are awful. Any suggestions? I've tried taking them at the beginning, middle, and end of a meal and still have the fish burps. I have noticed that the pharmacy sells some that are supposed to be burp free...maybe I should try…

The holidays are over!
I was down 27#, then the holidays hit and I gained back 4#. I'm back on the MF train today! Anyone else out there? How did y'all do over the holidays?

Ketosis?
First off...thanks for creating this group!!! I'm on my first attempt with Medifast and I've got one week under my belt. I've been doing some reading and I think I finally hit the Ketosis stage...headache, fatigue, bad taste in my mouth. Will this go away?? Any advice/experiences will be greatly appreciated.
