I'm not a full week in yet but I'm not noticing anything regarding my appetite. Hoping that will come later when I increase the dose. I've got a dry mouth but that's tolerable, and sleeping isn't great, but it's not bad! Fingers are still crossed!

Hi Somica! I ordered the same kit and am 3 weeks in. Even tho I ordered the Acheive kit, I'm doing the 5-1 plan instead of the 4-2-1, since I've got so much to lose and really wanted a jumpstart. Down 13# already...so it works!! Good luck!

I also read a tip about "soaking" the food first. Sounds gross...but I think it works! Basically...mixing it with the water and letting it sit before you microwave it. I can say for sure that this made a difference with the ziti marinara! I actually like it more when I soak it for a few hours first.

I like most of the bars so far and I love the popcorn. The thing that I really don't like so far (it's only been a week) is the oatmeal! I truly found it to be inedible slop! I thought I could suck it up and eat it...but nope...two bites and I had to throw it away. If anyone has any tricks for the oatmeal, please let me…

I'm also doing 30DS. Each time gets a little easier! I started with no weights, trying to perfect my form, then went to 1lb and now at 3 lb weights. I'm wondering how people log this exercise in the myfitnesspal app. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Also...what size weights do most use? I need something to…
