bees knees!
My knees hurt!!!!!! i did a ten mile on monday and now my knees still hurt on thursday! if i work out above moderate levels i get lower back or knee pains. if i dont work out above moderate levels i dont loose enough calories for the day. errrr!

Mens Pant Sizes
So a quick question about pant sizing. mens pants are sized by two's; 30, 32, 34...etc. if i went from a size 44 to a size 36 did i lose 8 pant sizes or if i count by two's did i lose 4 pant sizes... just curious. thanks

8 months of work lost in 4 weeks! errr
I got sick with Pneumonia last month and it put me out of commission for about three weeks, i took it easy another week to make sure my recovery was not hindered.
