Question on how to track my exercise
I wear my fitbit to Zumba. My fitbit is smart enough to know I'm doing some aerobic exercise so it tracks that and I edit it to say I did Zumba so I get credit in MFP for the steps but I don't add in the Zumba as exercise as I feel that I'm double counting since I get credit for my steps. Question on Calorie Adjustment on App
I have my fitbit synced with my app and the I get calorie adjustment updated throughout the day. At some point it went to zero so I manually added my zumba and stairmaster time. Afterwards the app changed from zero to a crazy amount of calories and I couldn't delete my manual entries. Suggestions on how to handle that?…

Macros Calculation?
I decided to start counting my macros and based on a few calculators, I need 197 g protein, 98 g protein and 43 g fat if i'm doing 50% / 25%/ 25%.
