Macros Calculation?

I decided to start counting my macros and based on a few calculators, I need 197 g protein, 98 g protein and 43 g fat if i'm doing 50% / 25%/ 25%. Per my goals of losing weight on fitness pal, this is much higher than their calculation. I want to be able to edit my count on here so I can track based on the other macro calculators but I can't seem to do so. Also, for a starter any ideas if the calculatioon I'm using is ok? I go to the gym around 3 times per week and do zumba 2 times per week. Any feedback is appreciated.
