Lordosis...will loosing weight correct it?
So I've always had a curvature in my back because I have a bigger bum, but ever since I gained weight, I weigh around 290....it's become very very exaggerated. Like sometimes I'm scared that even loosing weight won't correct it. I'm 25 and have been doing 6x a week of jilean michaels 30day shred + a 30 day squat challenge…
