ok so been at it 30 days so far and scale says I lost 21 pounds honestly i don't really feel i lost that much or really look like I lost a 3 year old from my body lol. but even though its embarrassing im going to add pics the left is day 1 the right is day 30. pics are not that good my wife is no photographer.
