Take pictures im down 46lbs and still see the chubby guy in the mirror untill i look at my beggining pic and realize yeah i still have some to lose but damn i lost a lot.

I am kinda in the same boat I reached my goal and now im feeling like what now ? so i decide to make a new goal and change my excerise to keep it new.

I know exactly how you feel. Im in the same boat my wife isn't on board either and thinks I'm nuts for weighing my food but she can't argue the fact I lost 14 pounds so far. Today she asked me when I'm gonna stop weighing everything and just watch what you eat I said probly never because this isn't a diet.

the plate/bowl on and zero as you add like everyone said works great !! no scrapping salad dressing out of spoons or anything like that. less dishes easier clean up :)

so how do you retain muscle while losing weight. just good old strength training ? and maybe less carbs more protein ?

That is what I'm worried about I need to raise calories without raise rest. I think adding the protein shakes will fix it. My dairy is now public ty

Got my numbers according to them I need to eat 2100 - 2600 to lose weight. Now my next question is does it matter what you eat. Because I've been eating a lot more fruits and veggies and no white stuff like bread or rice I quit sweets and pop also and of course started exercising
