Curious on how you get your 2000 calories and stay under on fat carbs .

I usually eat 1400-1700 calories depending on the day. I budget my calories, pretty much. It's a game to me. I plan out everything I'm going to eat after I get up. I don't eat a lot of simple carbs and junk food. I usually limit junk food to one or two servings a day, if that. That's where you're going to sabotage yourself on your macros. It's also totally possible to go over the macros eating only unprocessed, healthy food. Like I said, I budget it.0

Many people have different calorie goals and different macro goals, so each person's answer is going to be different.
Honestly, I don't pay much attention to carbs or fat. I only care that I get enough protein to stay satiated. However, many other people take a different perspective and are more meticulous about their macros.0 -
