I can't lose 2lbs a week?
I'm 5'5 and 150lbs. I want to lose 15lbs. I would like to lose 1.5-2lbs a week, but I'm being told that I should only try for .5lbs a week. That means it will take over 7 months for me to lose only 15lbs? That's crazy right?!?!

Why is losing weight soooo difficult
I've always thought losing weight was simple, eat less exercise more. Now you tell me I am "eating too less" and doing to much cardio.. Whet?! Am I really having cheat meals
I have a cheat day once a week. On these "cheat days" I still eat at a deficit but I eat what I typically ate before I started my weight loss journey.
