Anyone have any suggestions on how to stay on track all week? I'm great about exercise and eating right early in the week, but come Thursday all bets are off. Suggestions needed.
Anyone have any good suggestions for snacks/food to bring to a softball tournament?? I spend quite a few weekends in the summer at the fields with my daughter and I hate the idea of concession stand "food". They don't allow you to bring anything in to the ballpark so it would have to be items that can be kept in the car.
