Whats the right amount of exercise?
I generally shoot for burning 400 calories in about an hour, 4 days a week. Is that ok for proper weight loss? I try to mix up my exercises. But my question is, how much is enough? Working out = Breakouts?
I purchased a treadmill about a month ago and began using it regularly. I wash my face before I work out and shower immediately after. What am I breaking out on my face like a 16 yr old? Housework
Just finished my weekly scrubbing down of the house. Vacuum 3 flors, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, up and down stairs for laundry ansd actually worked up a sweat. Can/should i count that towards exercise. it was for a solid 2 hours.
