Fell of the Wagon and Can't Get Back On!
Last May I discovered MyFitnessPal and lost about 25 pounds by September. But since then, I have gone crazy, not caring what I eat. Everyday I think about what I need to do, but I still revert back to my junkfood ways. Any advice would be great!

Can you stop counting calories?
I was thinking about what will happen once I reach my goal weight and got to thinking: will there ever be a point at which I can stop counting calories, or will I always need to constantly keep track to avoid regaining? What do you think? Is it possible to stop the counting once you get "there".
