Getting enough veggies & fruit- how?
I've been trying to get in my 5 servings of fruits and 5 servings of veggies each day, but it's hard. I did pretty well the past 2 weeks but I am losing my mojo. The fruits are easy-- 1/2 cup watermelon, canteloupe, grapes, a banana & apple.... no problem. I cut up the fruit at the beginning of the week & munch on the…
