CARBS!
Wow so I'm trying to stay away from the carbs....are you kiddin me:noway: ....there are so many carbs in everything! So what the heck can I eat thats simple to make but yet has very few carbs?? Anyone have any good suggestions??

Good morning! Ok so I'm on here really trying to loose about 40 pounds if not a bit more. I was on here awhile back but I don't think I wanted to loose as bad as I do now. I quit smoking seven months ago yesturday and have gained 15-20 pounds so it's time to get it off and then some. Wish me luck! :smile:
