I have it set up to lose 2lbs a week.. But in red it says I'll lose 0.9 lbs a week Why is it different?

Measuring question
Everyone says you should measure and not just weigh. .Because you might lose inches and not weight. I gotta pick me up a sewing measuring tape still but.. Where do you measure? Around your belly? Your legs? Also how often?

My plaid shorts I have on today seem like they are loose on me. I felt like I had to keep pulling them up a lil while food shopping. they are not very very loose but loose.. Can I eat most of my calories for dinner?
Will it hurt me if I eat most of my calories at dinner?? And for snack after? If I eat light all day. Meaning Breakfast, snack, lunch snack.. but light will it hurt me if I consume all those calories at once?
