someone gave me the recipe a few weeks back.. On a differen't site I'm on and now I can't find it. does anyone have a recipe.. I saw one online but hoping someone as one..

but instead of nuts..could I roll it in choco chips... or is that pushing the calories too much.. also how do I figure out the calories of each one.. also the sugar, carbs ect
