Carbs
So after a recent visit with my doctor and some bloodwork I was told "No Carbs"! Period!" Any suggestions? I know no bread, grains, pasta, "white" foods, fruits and sugar and sugar products. I don't think I can avoid them completely can I? If I can I guess that would be great. My sugar level is at 41 and she wants it at 17…

Gyro Sauce
A friend and I have been looking for a recipe for the sauce that goes on gyros. Please any help would be appriciated. We don't want to have to buy the entier kit just for the sauce. We'd like to keep it as label free as possible. Thanks everyone!:flowerforyou:

Food & Exercise journaling
I just want to say I really have a hard time doing this on a daily basis although it really is helpful to me. It's the best tool for me to keep and stay on track for my calories but I simply avoid it sometimes. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this more effectively? Right now I don't have a good reliale system…
