Hello, I am new to mfp and c25k. Did week 1, exercise 1 and it didn't record at all on app. Just finished week 1, exercise 1 again. Still cannot find it under my exercise on mfp. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Just purchased saucony ride 7. Sales lady wasn't very informative about any of the shoes. I am new to running again. Don't seem to have problems with my feet. I hope I purchased the rite shoes. Does anyone have experience with this shoe?
