Calorie Discrepancies Between Devices
I did an experiment this morning when I took my walk. I wore my Fitbit, and had MapMyWalk. I also wore a Mio Sport HRM. The walk I take is 2.8 miles with a 61 foot gain; there are two killer hills on this trek, so it’s a pretty good workout for me. I accomplished the round trip in 01:01:25. Fitbit gave me 258 calories…
