Anyone using Fitocracy?
I just got going with it a few days ago and it is doing wonders for my motivation. I'm still tracking exercise and food in MFP, but fitocracy makes exercise into more of a game with points, achievements and challenges, which is perfect for my personality. Anyway, if you are, look up dataguy.

I'm almost overweight, and it is great!
I have been an MFP lurker for a while and haven't really stuck with keeping track of my intake and exercise for an extended period of time. Three months ago I had a bet with a handful of friends for who could lose the highest percentage weight, and I started really logging everything and even going to the gym. After our…

I am a firm believer that a little competition combined with positive reinforcement…

Is there something I'm missing as far as tracking your nutritional intake as compared with that target? I am able to pull up each category individually, e.g. potassium, vitamin c,…

Workaholic needs workout suggestions
I'm about to finish my little mini vacation where I've gotten a good start on returning to a healthy lifestyle. The issue I see looming is that I won't have time for long walks or even regularly scheduled exercise. I'm returning to a very chaotic job where I'll be doing about 100 hour a week for the next five months. Any…

Moving to Maine + Tim Russert = health reform
Well, here goes. I can no longer delude myself into believing that I'm just a little bit out of shape. I look forward to walking around Portland, ME and finding many healthy activities.
