Fat Doesn't Add Up
When I look at my nutrition for the day it will say I ate X amount of fat. Then it breaks it down to saturated, polyunsaturated, monounsaturated and trans. The thing is, those 4 categories do not add up to the total amount of fat. For example, today I had 80 grams of fat (yeah, I went over). I had 14 Saturated, 4 poly, 16…

Vegetables
We have all heard, throughout our lives, the refrain "eat your vegetables". I like vegetables, really! So why when I add a cup of mixed frozen veggies to a meal it seems to have very few nutrients? 1 cup is 40 calories, not much fiber, only vitamin A. So what's the deal? Have we been lied to?

my breakfast balanced out my carbs, fats and proteins perfectly! So now I can't eat for the rest of the day because it will throw it off.

Inputing My Recipes
I have input some of my recipes. When I open them to check some have options to edit everything and share. Others let me change the ingredients, but I can't change the name or share it (or add instructions) I input them both by hand, so why are they different?

Blood Sugar after Meals
Usually I only check my BG levels in the morning, after fasting all night. Usually they are pretty high (140). So I figured I would try checking my blood sugar after meals. 90 minutes after a 500 calorie (40 carb) lunch my blood sugar was 113. So is this good, or isn't it?

Swapping/Sharing Recipes
When I create a recipe in my phone app is there a way to share it? My wife and I eat the same meals, and it would be helpful if we didn't have to each start from scratch separately.
