Looking for workout shorts/bottoms that don't show butt sweat!
So I can only do sit down exercises such as the recumbent bike due to my back. I also sweat a lot so when I get off the machine it look like I wet my pants. How long do you notice changes for fat loss and fat gain?
2 weeks ago I ate whatever I wanted and did not do any exercise (before that I was doing well) and I've been back on my fitness regimen for a week now and seem to getting fatter but I'm guessing this is from my bad week.
