Clean-eating dessert suggestions?
It seems that after eating dinner, I am not satisfied until I have something sweet (fruit doesn't cut it for me). I am trying to eat clean, so no processed foods. Does anyone have suggestions? I have been eating my Bear Naked cookies everyday, but am wanting some variety.

What am I doing wrong?
I feel like I'm missing the secret to losing weight here. I am doing Turbo Fire and working out 6 days a week, busting my butt. I have changed my diet to clean eating, making the best choices I can without going extreme. My calories stay around 1200 net daily, with only a few slips-ups. So what's wrong? What isn't the…

30 Day Shred Question
Just got my 30 Day Shred DVD yesterday. I watched all the intro and previewed level 1. I couldn't find where Jillian mentioned how often to do the workout, just to move on to the next level when you feel ready. I thought I had read somewhere it's 10 days at each level (=30 days). I stepped on the scale this morning to see the damage, and sure enough, I had lost .8 lbs! A similar thing happened a few weekends ago when I ate pizza two nights in a row and then had dessert, I lost weight!…

Overnight Weight Gain?
First off, I know I should not be weighing myself day and that my weight fluctuates. But I do. It keeps me accountable. I'm just trying to figure out how it is possible to wake up 3 lbs heavier one day from the next? I ate out last night, but was reasonable. This happened last week as well after having a cookie for desert.…

HRM Fat Burn vs Fitness
I have a Polar FT4 I use during my Turbo Fire workouts. During a normal workout my heart rate stays around 160, which on the FT4 is in the "fitness" zone. Should I be concerned that I am always in the fitness zone and not fat burn, as my main goal is to burn fat and loose weight? I want to push myself as hard as a I can…
