School lunch ideas
Our school serves very unhealthy yucky food. Last time I had lunch with them the main course was a baloney sandwich with one piece of meat once piece of cheese and the bun was dry and hard to swallow. My girls keep saying they want to start bringing lunches to school. They are pre-teens. Could use some ideas! :)

Water Ideas...
Drinking Water is so important. I cannot get my 14 year old to drink anything without sugar or dye in it. She cant stand the taste of just plain water, bottled or faucet. She doesn't even like water with a splash of lemon. I would love to hear any ideas on how to get her fluid intake healthy!!
