Stand up Paddleboarding?
Hey just wondering if anyone out there does stand up paddleboard? If so, do you have any ideas or suggestions to increase the effectiveness or get a better calorie burn? Mostly I'm looking to use this as a way to get active while enjoying the ocean!

Bad week; need to get back on track
I've recently switched shifts at work to working overnight and last week was so stressful! I think I must have eaten everything in sight! I am determined to get back on track and find a healthy eating pattern that works with my work schedule. Any advice from night shift workers?

TDEE and Fitbit
Hey all, Just wondering how accurate Fitbit Cahrge HR is at figuring out my TDEE? I have worn it for about 40 days now and I have averaged my daily calorie burns and got right around 2500 calories. Is this pretty accurate? Also, how accurate is the calories burned on the Fitbit?
