I've lost 30 lbs in 3 months, and dropped 2-3 dress sizes...most days I feel pretty darn proud of my accomplishment, Then there are days where I look at my stomach and think, UGH I"M SO FAT. The sports bra I currently have is horrible. It bunches on the sholders and strains on my neck/back, so I end up with a lot of tension in my upper back. Does anyone have any suggestions on great types? I am around 36-40C last I remember. I usually do high cardio and running for my more involved exercises. Suggestions…
I feel like I waste a lot of energy when I run with un-needed bouncing in my step or shoulder movement. I've had no formal training on how to run, but it's becoming apparent to me that I could run longer and harder if I had better form. Tips and suggestions please!
