HELP!! Skinny Fat!!
So I'm a newbie to the site but I've recently went from 150lbs-119lbs(in the past 4-5months) I realize it seems pretty underweight for my height however I am very slim but can't seem to lose this last little bit of lower belly fat aka the dreaded 'pooch'. I usually do 45 mins of cardio 4 times a week and BOSU ab exercises…
