21 Days! Little Victories!
Today I have logged into MFP and logged my food for 21 consecutive days, my longest streak yet! And of those 21 days, 17 have exercise logged. The scale says I am down 6lbs but I am more proud of my ability to stick with it!

What do you eat when you are sick?
Ideally, I would make a lovely chicken soup with fresh veggies but the reality is I feel like crap and I am way more likely to eat something easy and usually not very good for me. What do you choose that doesn't require a lot of work but gives your body what it needs to recover from illness?
