Adjusting calories
Greetings everybody. I'm 5"7 170lbs male with 15% BF, my TDEE is 2547 I'm trying to cut my BF down and myfitnesspal is showing me to eat 1100 calories a day and 60g of protein..which as you probably have noticed is absurd, I was wondering if I can custom set a goal, such as 1900 calories a day/130g protein etc. Thank you.
