Confused about how many cals I need.
On the into it says you need maintenance calories + 200-300 extra in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. On here my BMR is calculated at 1300calories which doesn't seem very many? Is that my maintenance calories? Even adding on 300 cals to that isn't a huge amount and I am doing lots of walking/pilates. I ate 1925 calories today…
