Had baby number 2 9 weeks ago. My first pregnancy I gained a lot and didn't lose it before #2 but with this pregnancy I managed to not gain too much and here I am 9 weeks pp. I have lost around 5-7lbs since the birth and am happy so far, now just need to tone up and lose the rest :)

Thanks for the reply. I did lots of walking before and during pregnancy so will keep up with that for now :) Delivery was very straight forward and I feel fine so hopefully won't be too long before I can start up proper exercise again! :)

I am setting my calories at 2000 a day. If I have hungry days though and go over no stress :)

Thanks for the replies, looking into the Rushfit! I was doing the 30DS before I fell pregnant and loved it, he may want to try that too. He is currently doing insanity for the first time, very proud as he has never done any exercise and is giving it a good go! Trying to persuade him to join here for motivation ;)

True, I did say to him he could just do as much as he can and gradually build it up!

5ft 1 here. I don't mind being short but the fact that I have a baby face means people often mistake me for being 16 rather than 23!
