NSV that made me smile
So, today I looked at my drivers license. Of course, the weight listed was always well under what I actually weighed. Not anymore! I actually weigh 10 pounds LESS than what it says. My favorite NSV!

Need some new friends!
I have a small list of MFP friends, but many of them don't log in for days. Some log in, but rarely keep their food log. Here's a couple…

So, I am fairly new to MFP, and always enjoy reading everyones comments. Since I have been up and down on the scales most of my life, I have decided to take a new approach- I'm focusing on small steps. My exercise goal is 10 minutes of walking, twice a day. Not running- not jogging- but walking at 2.5 mph. Not much, but I…
