Where do I start?
I just started back at going to the gym every night/at least 5 nights a week. Does anyone have any tips as to where I should even start? Mind you, I'm a bigger girl that is working on her stamina and strength as to lose weight. If that even makes sense...Please help :disappointed: Private Message/Add me if you'd like!!!

What are your favorite protein packed breakfast meal options? I have egg whites, oatmeal, PB2, Chia seeds, ground flax, banana's, rice milk and other options at my disposal. Thank you in advance!!!

Not so new, Need alot of support
My husband and I just recently lost our baby at 15 weeks. I am doing everything I can to get back to a healthy weight so I can at least be there for our future children.
