Questions about veggies
So i am wondering does it mather what kinda veggies you eat? I hate spending time cooking veggies. I usyally eat raw brokolies etc. But i am wondering Is it okay to just eat tomatoes, paprika oninons, etc etc? Instead of eating stuff like carrots, brokoli. Im so tired of chicken. Im 21 single and live alone. Dont want to spend alot of time preparing food. So please! Give mensome tasty chicken recipes or other meat recipes w rice. So depressed my head is really foggy and non creative. Thanks for all help

So Depressed.
So i am a 21 year old male, workingout 4 times a week.. And i am just really depressed. Cant find my mind working creatively.. And end up eating just Chicken breast, oatmeal and raw broccoli everyday. I really need some good tasty recipes that dosent contain added sugars, and unhealthy fats.. Please guys! i need your help…

I have bern in a depression and eated to littlr food. On about 1-1500kcal a day. When my myfitnesspal says i need 2700kcal a day. Will increasiin my food consumption make me gain musclemass and lose fat? Increasing by + 500 kcal the days i workout. And maintenance the days i dont? 45% carbs. 30% protein. 25% fat

And i choose 45% carbs, 30% protein and 25% fat. Thats 80gram fat 324gram caebs and 214grams protein. And on the days i am doing weight lidting i eat 500kcal extra after…
