I have been in a depression and eated to little food. On about 1-1500kcal a day. When my myfitnesspal says i need 2700kcal a day. Will increasiin my food consumption make me gain musclemass and lose fat? Increasing by + 500 kcal the days i workout. And maintenance the days i dont?

Its not very likely you will gain muscle mass and lose fat at the same time as gaining muscle typically requires you to eat in a surplus and losing fat requires you to eat at a deficit. (there is some research that shows this is possible for a short period of time in obese people new to lifting, not sure if you fit that category or not).
If you are at a healthy weight but want to look more muscled then you should probably start by eating at maintenance and begin a lifting program. This should allow your body to burn fat while maintaining your muscle, possibly with some muscle gains, and will result in a more muscly appearance.
If you need to lose weight then set your calories to a reasonable deficit and start lifting. You will lose fat, and most likely some muscle mass as well, but lifting will help maintain the muscles you have.0 -
You certainly need to be eating more than 1500 cal/day. When you eat too little, your body actually start to break down your muscle tissue and use it as fuel, since you're not getting enough from your diet. Eating at a more moderate calorie deficit (with higher protein and doing weight lifting exercises) will help to protect your muscle mass as you lose weight. This will result in you having a higher metabolism and help you to lose weight and keep it off long term.
