I actually didn't blow it this weekend!
I am proud to say that I finally did it! I stayed within my calorie limits and exercised both days this weekend. It has been so hard to get to this point. I've decided to give this a go! I'm hoping the journal will motivate me to eat better and exercise. I guess it helps to have something to look in order to be accountable for you actions. I've already lost 11 lbs before starting this. I'm hoping to keep going down in the lbs!!!!!
