I just joined Curves after working out there during a month membership I won at a charity auction. What is going on in your kitchen?
I took this recently to show off some peanut butter sourdough cookies, and it made me feel like things are going more smoothly in the kitchen with all of the prep work going on in the background. Water kefir, sourdough, milk kefir are all working away and beans were sprouting for some white chicken chili.

Meal Sync?
Is there a proper way to label your meals in MFP that will synch them one for one to BMF? It's not a big deal, but it's weird that most of my food ends up showing as PM Snack over there.
