I'll be getting my first delivery next Tuesday. I figured it'd cost the same as I've been spending on groceries to make 2 recipes a week. But I'll be getting a variety of meals and missing out on the shopping, cooking, and cleaning.

Punches are good cardio, and you could certainly do some hand weights or resistance equipment. Some calisthenics and balance exercises may work for you as well. Best of luck!

The only real reason not to do sleeve that my surgeon brought up was if you have acid issues. Mine says I can go either way and I'm also more inclined towards RNY, as it's more effective and more commonly done.

Knobles, I haven't had the best luck doing 1200 calorie diets in the past myself. I'm doing this along with wearing a Bodymedia FIT and am upping my calories to what it tells me to based off of my actual burn. I'm shooting to lose a pound a week, exercise an hour and 30 minutes a day (at least while I'm between jobs!), and implement more of Bob's Skinny Rules one at a time.

I'm starting the new year weighing 237.6 and my goal is to lose 1 pound a week :) How awesome would it be to end the year at 185! I'd be about half way to my "ideal weight" I searched but I didn't see a facebook group with the same name. I'd be interested in joining that...it would be much easier to get updates there.

I just ordered a few from Title Nine I'm really impressed with...they are sports bras but designed well enough for every day use as well.

I lowered mine by a point, which seemed like a lot less than the default. But only running, shoveling, and plunging laundry (I do mine by hand) have hit it...so it seems right for me.

I'm reading the book now and the explanations make sense. And people have obviously gotten great results following his advice. Half the book is weekly menus and recipes for those that don't know how they'd follow it. I really like the clean and simple way it approaches food and meal prep would be a breeze.

I got the set tonight and immediately started with this one. I don't think he knows what a beginner is sometimes, but I did like the style.
